WHY PRACTICE ONLINE?
Yoga can be practiced anywhere, anytime. All you need is a desire to move.
I find that teaching online allows students to focus on themselves without the subconscious pressure of performing in front of others. The use of visual demonstration and detailed verbal cues encourages you to pay greater attention to the subtler tells of your body, and in turn gain enough confidence to be able to rely on yourself to know what is best for you.

Starting a New Habit?
If you're new to yoga and not sure where to begin why not start with an introductory programme? Tailored to meet your needs and goals these programmes are designed to give you the confidence and knowledge you need to start a home or studio practice.
No Distance too Great
Practice yoga on your travels or in the comfort of your own home at a time the suits you. I teach Power, Vinyasa, Yin & Yang and Yin. You can join me for a group class in the studio or you can book a one-on-one if are looking for something a bit more personalised.
Get back out into Nature
If you are planning a getaway to the south of France or already live in the area why not explore the outdoors and get back to your roots with a Wild Yoga experience that will leave you feeling at one with the natural world around you.
