The course is conducted online via video meetings in the comfort of your own home to fit within your schedule. The course includes detailed advice and explanations on the practices and common postures used during yoga classes and how best to adapt them to your body.

A one on one class from the comfort of your own home. Every class will be tailored to meet your needs and goals, with explanations on the benefits of each posture and guidance on alignment and modifications. Choose from 4 different styles of yoga: Vinyasa, Power, Yin & Yang Flow and Yin Yoga.
PRIVATE ONLINE GROUP YOGA CLASS
No Distance too Great
Get together with friends and family from across the world for a private online group class. A maximum of 6 participants per class ensures that everyone receives individual attention and advice. Classes can be styled to suit the occasion or the groups goals, a great way to connect with loved ones that live far away.
Why Practice Online?
Yoga can be practiced anywhere, anytime. All you need is a desire to move.
I find that teaching online allows students to focus on themselves without the subconscious pressure of performing in front of others. The use of visual demonstration and detailed verbal cues encourages students to pay greater attention to the subtler tells of their body, and in turn gain enough confidence to be able to rely on themselves to know what is best for them.
