Whether you live in the area or are visiting you can continue your practice in a safe space with the benefits of an instructor and specialised yoga equipment.
Classes are arranged upon request and tailored for you, your body, experience and goals, prices include equipment hire and cost of travel. Classes start at 60 minutes to ensure you experience the full benefits of a complete practice, but longer sessions can also be arranged.

Starting just outside of the picturesque village of Laroque des Albères explore the outdoors and connect with nature through a Wild Yoga experience.

Wild Yoga experiences can be booked from the start of April through to the end of October for a maximum of 10 people per experience.

What do you need?

Sun protection*

Good walking or hiking shoes

Sports clothing that is stretchy and comfortable

Enough water for your walk or hike and yoga class - for the 3h and 5h experiences a minimum of 1L is recommended

*if you plan on swimming in the natural pools please use environmentally friendly suncream and body lotion to reduce the introduction of chemicals into the water system

VINYASA YOGA

Flow

Derived from the Ashtanga practice, Vinyasa is a combination of a series of flowing postures with rhythmic breathing for an intense body-mind workout. A style known for its adaptability in building strength and endurance as well as sensitivity and connection.

POWER YOGA

Strength and Stability

A Western take on the Vinyasa style that incorporates movements and exercises that are often found in gym classes. A rigorous workout that develops strength and flexibility while keeping you on the move.

YIN YOGA

Balance

Yin yoga is the balance to our Yang lifestyles. This style focuses on stretching and caring for the deep tissue in our bodies, yielding to your senses and becoming one and whole with the body to reach a greater awareness and acceptance.

YIN & YANG FLOW

The Best of Both Worlds

A flow that combines the Vinyasa and Yin styles, starting out with a series of postures to warm and strengthen the muscles and ending with the deep stretching of Yin yoga. An excellent way to benefit from both styles and a holistic approach to caring for your body.
